When you visit the Site, our hosting provider and form software may automatically record technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and the date and time of your visit. This information is used to keep the Site secure, detect spam and understand how the Site is used.

• Form processing — Gravity Forms (stored on our website)
• Email delivery — Brevo, which sends our form notifications and confirmation emails
• Email and customer support — Microsoft 365 and eDesk, where our team receives and responds to requests
• Analytics — Google Analytics

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or property, or in connection with a sale or transfer of our business.

How long we keep information

Form submissions are kept on our website for up to 90 days and then removed. Correspondence and records related to a storage, service or detailing agreement are retained for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Your choices and rights

Security
