A simple process from inquiry to completion.

  1. Submit Your Request

Tell us about your boat or RV, the work you need and your preferred timing. Upload photos or additional information when available.

  2. We Review the Details

Our team will confirm whether we can perform the requested work and determine if an inspection or additional information is needed.

  3. Approve the Estimate

We'll provide pricing or recommended next steps. Your appointment is confirmed only after the scope and estimate are approved.

We'll contact you when the work is complete and arrange payment and pickup.

Submitting a request does not confirm an appointment, final price or acceptance of the requested work. Please wait for confirmation from our team before bringing your boat or RV to the facility.

Service & Detailing Information

Answers to common questions about service, winterization and detailing.

Do I need an appointment?

Yes. All service and detailing drop-offs must be scheduled and confirmed in advance. Submitting a request does not automatically reserve an appointment.

How quickly will I hear back?

We aim to review new requests and provide an initial response within two business days. More complex requests may require additional information or an inspection before we can provide an estimate.

Can I receive a price before bringing in my boat or RV?

Some services may be quoted using the information and photos you provide. Other work may require an in-person inspection before the scope and price can be confirmed.

Any initial quote is based on the information available at the time and may change if the vehicle's condition or required work differs from what was originally described.

What information should I include with my request?

Please provide:

  • Boat or RV type
  • Year, make and model
  • Overall length
  • Engine or equipment information when relevant
  • Description of the issue or requested work
  • Relevant photos
  • Preferred timing
  • Current vehicle location

More complete information will help us evaluate the request efficiently.

Do you service every make and model?

Service availability depends on the vehicle, equipment and type of work requested. We review each request individually and will let you know whether we can perform the work.

How does the estimate and approval process work?

We'll provide an estimate based on the agreed scope of work. Work will begin after you approve the estimate and appointment.

If we identify additional necessary work, we'll contact you for approval before proceeding beyond the authorized scope.

What happens at drop-off?

At the scheduled drop-off appointment, we'll confirm the customer and vehicle information, review the authorized work and document the vehicle's condition.

Please do not leave a boat or RV at the facility without a confirmed appointment and staff present to receive it.

How is detailing priced?

Detailing prices depend on the type and size of the boat or RV, its current condition and the services requested. Photos may allow us to provide an initial quote, although some vehicles may require an inspection.

Can storage customers request service or detailing?

Yes. If your boat or RV is already stored with us, identify yourself as a current storage customer when submitting the request. We'll coordinate the work and any required access with you.

How will I know when the work is complete?

We'll contact you when the authorized work is complete and provide the final balance and pickup instructions. Pickup must be scheduled so staff can provide access and release the vehicle.
